In a world where perfection is the ideal- not everyone feels like they fit the budget. Movie screens flickering pictures of tall blondes. perfect waist lines, luscious curves, and women smacking their plump scarlet lips. Magazines painting out images of flawlessly smooth skinned models- always perfectly poised with long legs, eyes confidently directed to look at their invisible audience. The visualization of such unrealistic people can drive people half mad with the desire to change their own imperfections. But what people fail to realize- is that their trying to change the exact qualities about themselves that make them human. In the real world- beyond the flickering lights, and romantic fantasies of movie screens, and magazines, is billions of ordinary people; All trying to find a place in this world- just like you. It was hard for me... Hard to finally except all of the things I hated about myself. The parts that I didn't want anyone to see- The parts that made me feel ugly. But I finally realized the thing I had been trying to deny my entire life- Without them, I wouldn't be me.
