Jinimaru Folklore: James, The Mad Cat

Part of "The Jinimaru Project" as one of the countless Folklore Tale short stories; James is a thief of the old American West, who enjoys nothing more than harassing and tormenting the local law and citizens of Coyote Creek. His beloved habit of stealing items for others without wanting any pay, for the grief he causes former Marshall Jensen is rewarding enough to this crazed feline, along with his lack of respect for personal safety, has earned him the title of "The Mad Cat".

For months Jensen struggled to apprehend the feisty feline, and seeking out the more brutal aid of trained animal hunters got him nowhere either. Now pushed to his limits, Jensen resorts to trickery and using fellow felines to try and catch the Mad Cat.
Can Jensen finally succeed in ending Jame's insane crime-spree without breaking his vow to never use a gun again?
