This is the story of man named Oscar, experienced Pokemon Trainer from mysterious region named Sacroc, who after discovering the new-foundation of Reborn League, decided to travel to the Reborn City and check by himself the true power and potential of league's Pokemon Trainers - Gym Trainers, Gym Leaders, Elite Four and the Grand Champion themselves

However, as an infamous, dangerous group named Team Meteor shows up, Oscar takes it as a duty to stop them, no matter the cost. But... the result of his actions may turn out to be shocking - both to League Representatives, Team Meteor and the others
