Poem Based off the Novel "Speak"

In my English class, we're reading a brilliant book by Laurie Halse Anderson titled Speak. It's a really intense and serious book, with a bit of humor. It's really good, and the movie isn't bad either. Today we were assigned that we had to make a poem based off a character of our choosing. We were given a template and we're to fill in whatever was necessary in the blanks.

One character is named David Petrakis, and he's lab partners with the main character. So, my best friend and I made a joke with the character and the assignment. I finished writing the "joke project" and this is what I came up with on my own....
