This fic is presented more like Deleted Scenes than a Rewrite, following the plot of their romance instead of Harry's quest to defeat Voldemort. Everyone is mostly in character (hopefully), and Draco is the troubled little shit you know and love but with more dimension added to his character. A movie depiction might be preferred in my version, but it's recommended you read along with the original books to avoid loss of context, unless you read them already, which should be enough. This fic is roughly 99% canon compliant, while allowing for artistic license and changes here and there, also scrapping the original epilogue.
