After Mason finds out he's old school closed for a different reason than he was told. Although (Mason's) the parent's (Mark and Michelle) are out of town they collide back home in order to investigate and prove that Langhammer has been preforming illegal use of some highly toxic (dangerous) chemicals. Alongside with the adventure Mason and friends tryout for some sports, explore, and more which somehow gets them a spot on the team. It's been two months and Mason's old school has opened. Will he be able to stay at his new school with his new friends or will he be forced to go back to his old school? What about his new friends? How will the excitement affect his game-play?? Will he be able to save himself? What about his friends and Maddy??? Curiosity killed the cat they say???? A normal life turned WILD?!!??!!??

Summer solstice arrives and they all decide to go swimming in the Loch to celebrate decent weather for once! Rain jumps in first, revelling in the warm but surprisingly cool water. As she surfaces, the summer weather has disappeared and she discovers her friends' lifeless bodies floating next to her. But how could this happen to strong swimmers in a shallow loch with no currents? The investigation commences and it's clear the police are struggling to find answers. Radically they suggest calling in special advisors to assist the investigation - the Paranormal Investigation Team (PIT). Will they fare better than the local police force? This isn't the first unexplained death to occur in this spot, after all this is the same loch where three children were discovered floating dead in the Loch during a game of hide and seek at a birthday party. Rain knows that supernatural forces don't exist. But no living person could have done this. Now she must work with PIT to unravel the truth behind a convoluted mystery of lies, murders and haunting stories to find out what really happened to her friends.
