I'm His Teacher, Why Me?
'Colton...are you out of your mind? Do you know how wrong this is? You shouldn't be doing this, it's wrong,' I explain but it doesn't seem like it's having any sort of effect on him.
'Why is it wrong? It's not wrong to be in love with someone, is it,' he says, looking deeply into my eyes.
Love. In love with someone. In love with me. That is a string meaning and he's saying it so openly to me. He doesn't even know the value of love, how can he just say that. I'm his teacher, he barely knows me so how can he say he's in love, with me.
'You don't even know the meaning of love, Colton. You can't just claim you love me. I'm your teacher, you have to stop thinking like this,' I explain, while trying to push him further but his tight grip won't let me.
'I may be young but I understand exactly what love is. It's a bunch of feelings you feel for a special someone. And in my life that special someone is you. Whenever I'm around you, my heart starts beating fast, I get butterflies. I can't stand you being near a guy that's not me. Every time I see you I just wish I can have you in my arms and love you in so many ways,' he says almost giving a speech.
My mouth has dropped open at his confession...
