She's a year below him, and best friends with Ginny Weasley. Riley was adopted by the Weasleys in the same timeline as the Philosopher's Stone took place. She quickly became one of them, befriending Ginny, Fred, and George specifically. This is her fourth year at Hogwarts, and her brother's fifth.
