Players Don't Play Cupid
His eyes burned with an emotion that I couldn't decipher, piercing into mine like a thousand sharp blades. It held so many secrets and emotions, all bound to be revealed in time. His stare was so intense that it made me want to crumble helplessly in his strong hold, by which his muscled arm was snaked around my waist, gripping me in place right against the hardness of his chest. Slowly, his fingers drew little circles on the side of my hip, trailing up and down the side of my body.
"He's looking, you know." He breathed huskily, brushing his lips ever-so-lightly against mine.

With a smirk, he said, "Now, let's give your little 'crush' a show." His lips curled upwards.
Meet Rhea Forrèst; the 17-year old daughter of world renowned businessman with some bad habits and a rather feisty personality. She had all the friends she could ask for and boys admiring every step she took - perfect, right? Well, with only one year left of High School, she's determined to fulfill it with as many memories and parties as she could before graduation - along with a few possible flings, of course.
However, when her past childhood flame and best friend is back in New York City, he's brought back the kind of memories that she had tried to forget for so long; the memories that still stained her mind up to present day. He was back, and prepared to make Rhea fall for him again, unknowing how much she had changed since...the night.
But she was ready to do absolutely anything to avoid that from happening.
Including playing a little cupid for herself.
There was just one little issue...
Heartbroken players like her? Yeah, they don't play cupid.
