Those are the words Izuku Midoriya heard in his harsh life. 200 years ago, superpowers appeared into the world called "Quirks" and 80% of the population of the World have them, while the 20% are people born without it are called "Quirkless", and Izuku Midoriya is one them.
All he just wanted to is to become a Hero.
He wish to have a Quirk to save others... and of course the Universe answered his prayers. A chance of a lifetime; the power to allow him access not to one, but a Universe of powers and abilities.....from another Dimension.

In a world full of superpowers called Quirks, not everyone is created equal. Izuku "Deku" Midoriya is well aware of this fact. Having been born without a Quirk he knows all too well the struggle that comes with being different. However, he never gave up wanting to help people, to be a Hero.
