Han Ha-Neul was born into a Royal Family but a tragedy leads to her being adopted by the 11th King of Silla, his daughter, Ji-so. Ji-so gives birth to a boy, Jin-Heung and later a girl, Sook-Myung. However she keeps Jin-Heung, who is supposed to become King, a secret, in fear of him being assassinated.
