“I’ve always wanted to run away on an adventure, to elope with someone and live in a place where Hipsters were just a type of jeans and Tweets were just the sound of a bird. It always looked so wonderfully ‘rad’ when people ran off to unknown places together, it also looked easy.
So, I gave it ago – I eloped with no one but myself, ran away from home and got lost in a place in search of somebody that I used to know.
But let me tell you a few things; it’s definitely not as easy as it looks especially when you have no one but yourself to rant to. Secondly; mosquito repellent does not work on flesh-eating mosquitos and thirdly, at least remember to bring a photo of the person you’re trying to find especially when you don’t speak the language of the country you’re in.
But it’ll be worth it in the end because I’m finally finding Nolan, even if it means being eaten alive by Satan’s fairies.”
