Hi JE,
There are many English grammar problems in this, but I know it is one of your earlier pieces. Ignoring that, this is a very dramatic, powerful chapter. Well done :)

Before I start does this book have any romance? I'm a sucker for romance in books like this

I love when people point out mistakes most of the time my brain autocorrects mistakes while I read so it's always fun to see the mistakes I skip over

Should be "is" instead of "are", unless it's changed to, "Not all heroes are born to save worlds.".

Man's struggle with life is a losing battle. And in this game battle has become futile. I like it.

Scattered implies dissipation. And 'did' instead of 'is'. This story feels exciting, but the grammar make it very hard to get into. I have to keep figuring out what you are trying to say. Needs editing
