Rose Rowley has always been the belle of the ball, the youngest and most beautiful of her siblings. She has earned herself a reputation as a notorious flirt and a heartbreaker; however she is still the object of desire on the London dance floors. Having refused countless proposals, she returns home to her family's country estate after her second season, determined to continue her light hearted fun, resolute not to marry until she finds the perfect, wealthy gentleman. When she meets one of the new servants, David Rivers, he finally makes her realize that there is far more to life that dances, gowns and flirtations. However David may be more than he appears to be and someone far different than what he pretends to be. Rose finds herself conflicted; the idea of that perfect gentleman she held in her heart since she was girl has been replaced by a kind hearted servant who isn't afraid to speak his mind. Rose must decide weather she is willing to give up everything she had ever known and follow her heart, or lead the life she has always been destined to.

I feel sorry for him.. No fun when leading on a person when you already know what it can lead up to. She's no innocent 😒
I honestly like Blackwood (I pray he stays a good dude like he is rn) so this hurts.
There is no hasrm in having fun, but when you are constantly hurting people and playing with their emotions to have that fun, there is harm being done in those actions. Get put of your self absorbed bubble and open your eyes.

It's going to be quite the character development when she really falls in love

I agree it's rude but I feel like she also should have the chance to date men until she finds the right one. A couple dinners and a carriage ride/ a few balls shouldn't mean marriage is always going to happen!
