The Beautiful Trap

More than a few days have passed. But then she realized that after some time she would stop wondering and lose interest knowing why that person did so, why he had hurt her hitting on her the most vulnerable aspects, playing on every string of her confidence, and made her doubt her own judgment. She realized that the one will totally lose interest wondering why that person chose that specific hurtful way to taint all the good memories and leaves no trace of them unless in some solid lifeless pictures. Why in that picture she seems to be so happy? Why he smiles so widely? I remember him calling her his "his friend".
