The real estate builders have constructed world-class residential projects at DDA K1 Zone. The residential apartments offer amenities meant to make your life convenient and high-end.

By way of the Master Plan Delhi 2021, there are many New Sectors Announced in Delhi. It is amongst these new sectors that DDA K1 Zone will also be constructed. This zone lies in the west and the south-west part of the national capital. The government in Delhi has certain future plans for all underdeveloped areas in the city. The main reason why the government has come up with plans of developing these regions is because of the ever-growing population and the need to accommodate this population in Delhi.

Every year, there are a large number of people from different parts of the country thronging to the national capital in search of employment. There are others who make plans of living in the city for higher studies. With this ever-increasing population moving into Delhi on a regular basis, it has become quite a problem for the government and the other authorities to accommodate this population in the city. 

The K1 zone has been designed on the lines of the Land Pooling Policy. It has been put in place mainly because the people and the government of the national capital want Delhi to become one of the most developed regions of the world.
