Nick Blane is a paranormal investagatory journalist for a semi-popular tabloid magazine called Beyond Belief. After returning home from an investigation, his brother Steve -who also happens to be his lawyer- informs Nick of a surprising inheritance left to him by their unacquainted late grandfather, Dr. Alexander Holtt. The inheritance? A mansion located near the town of Great Falls, Montana.

Nick is excited, but Steve is skeptical. Steve has researched Dr. Holtt only to gather little -but questionable- information. The doctor was a genetics researcher for an unknown branch of the government, but after a unexplainable fire destroyed the lab where he worked killing all his colleagues, Dr. Holtt secluded himself in the mansion, never to be seen alive again. Has this discovered last will and testement dropped a fortune in Nick's lap? Or, brought forth a truth that could shake the leaves from his family tree and place Nick in a paranormaly life threatening situation?

I really love this poem. Nice job. I can't really critique that because I know nothing about poetry, so I'll just move on to the chapter =.='
