Tristan thought that he already found love, until the ultimate of betrayal by the one who vowed loving him as who he was, including his scar. And yet it was all a lie. She laid in death bed after birthing, unconsciously admitting her sin.

“Oh my God, Ray. It hurts! It hurts so much! Your baby is doing this to me. We should be careful or Tristan will know.”

That was she said and Ray was his brother. It made him cold, but one look at the child, he thought of her as his. Would he find a new love? Would the little girl melt the cold in his heart and maybe . . . become the little matchmaker?

A historical fiction with pain, betrayal, love, and humor in it.

This book's prologue have similarities with a book written by Julie Garwood. Hope it ends there. I shall try to continue on to chapter 1.

Love it when a man get emotional bcoz of a child even when the child is not his own
Great start and so sad at the same time. I hope this little girl will love him (and not inherit her parents character) and be loved in return.
