Will and Bill are known as the twin ciphers, never to be separated. No one knows when or where they came into existence. They are feared throughout the multiverse, but what made them this way?

Bill is reckless. He doesn't know better, and always gets himself into trouble. His best friend and non-blood related brother, Will, always trails him everywhere, sometimes pitching in on his brother's antics. Lucky for them, they have a fallen angel and their uncle to look after them. Surely nothing bad can happen?
