In the hidden, enchanted city of Arcadian Veil, Princess Lian Yue is a vision of grace-brilliant in medicine, breathtaking in beauty, and unwavering in her devotion to her people. One fateful night, she crosses the sacred boundary of Arcadian Veil, not out of reckless curiosity, but for reasons she is afraid to face. There, she saves a gravely wounded man by the river, unaware that he is Crown Prince Rui Xian of the Xiang Empire, a man marked for death. Before he can ask her name, she vanishes into the night, but the memory of her lingers. When their paths cross again a year later, Rui Xian is determined not to lose her twice. Bewitched by her presence and intrigued by her sharp wit, he offers her an impossible choice: stay by his side as his future wife, even though he is unaware of her true origins. But Lian Yue has no interest in becoming a prince's possession, not when the past still binds her to a world she cannot leave behind. As betrayals unfold, long-buried secrets rise, and an enemy with ties to her past threatens everything, Lian Yue must decide where her heart truly belongs. In the end, love alone may not be enough to hold them together, but perhaps, the woman who once dedicated herself to duty will find that home is not a kingdom, but the arms of the man who would burn the world for her. Genre: Fantasy, Romance, Power Struggle, Adventure FYI this is my original story so please don't plagiarize, that's a crime. Updates are regular. Maybe everyday or so. This is a "He fell first, falls harder and does everything to make her his own" kind trope. Enjoy!

"Stop following me! Just let me go and leave me in peace!" she pleaded, struggling against his unrelenting grip. "I won't. Not today, not ever. Not after finding you again," he said firmly. "I don't belong here. This isn't my place. Let me go," she begged, desperation in her voice. He shook his head. "You've always belonged. Since the beginning of time, we were meant to be together." "You'll never convince me," she snapped. "I won't be part of this farce or let you treat me like an object without a will of my own." "It's not a farce. It's as real as the sun, and you will be part of it-whether you want to or not. Your only desire should be our companionship," he declared. "Please," she whispered, one last plea as her hand inched toward her waistband. "The only thing left to do... do it for her, if not for love. " he ordered. "For love?" she murmured, shaken. Then her expression hardened. "But love was never an option," she spat, her voice dripping with disgust-before she struck with full force. It wasn't supposed to end like this. Anwesha-once a soldier by choice, not birth-had embraced duty for her nation. But one failed mission led her to the dark waters of the Ganges. Caught in a whirlpool, she accepted death like an old friend. Yet, she didn't die. She woke up in another timeline, but here, she didn't belong. A misfit, a lone coal in a chest of gold. She wasn't chosen by fate, nor favored by the gods-just an accident struggling to return home. But every path back was closed. Trapped, she resolved to be a silent observer. Yet fate had other plans. She crossed paths with the Scions of Kuru, a dynasty shaping history itself. She hadn't intended to get involved, but now she was entangled in their world, for better or worse. Can she survive in this era, or will she find her way back? More importantly-who is she, really? And why her? After all, nothing in this world, or beyond it, is mere coincidence. • Book I ~ Stuck In Time Series •

"So who the heck am I?" I stared defiantly at Freya. "I am a normal person. I go to high school. I have parents. What am I ?" I asked. "That is what we need to find out. Do you trust us enough to stay with us? Help us? You are powerful. You are the only Palenthian, first time in centuries who has magic inside her. Powerful magic. More powerful than most Valen. I can feel it. Stay with us and help us slay monsters. Please." I gulped. "What will I get for that?" "Answers." Renna Evans was just another normal girl in another normal world, living with her normal (and filthy rich) parents and going to a normal high school. Basically her life was as normal as could be. Welcome to the world of Renna Evans; a world which is divided into two parts. Those who call themselves The Valenthians, possessing power and magic; and those without it are the Palenthians. Will she be able to prove her worth in this new world? Or will her world collapse? And what about the handsome but mysterious Ryan Carter? What exactly is he hiding?
