Perfect World

In the not too distant future, a war breaks out in the country of Japan, now part of the North Eurasian Federation, an alliance which combines Russia, Japan, and China, and many other countries within their close vicinity. A group known as "The World", is a terrorist threat against Mainland Japan.

A young woman, stuck between wanting to be a true person, is stuck in the cross-fire of running away or fighting for what's right. Her wishes to have a life of happiness is shattered when the Sekai wants to claim the region as their own in order to obtain their ideals. NEF's forces, unable to stop them, calls upon a team of psychics drafted from their comfortable college. Those called in, are to serve as part of the Northern Japanese Psychic Unit [NJPU], a unit which mostly consists of psychics ranked Level 8 and higher.

In a world where everything can change in a split-second, when the snow has yet to fall. A woman will change all that would happen and shape the world as she wishes.
