*** IMPORTANT: I wrote this 2 years ago and have a bit of editing I would like to do on it. My writing style has matured a lot since I was 16, so after my A levels I will edit it and hopefully completely rewrite Book Two. Please still give this a read and hopefully, in a couple of months, it will be improved! -Tom *** Past events have lead to the temperature rise of Planet Earth. As a consequence, water has expanded and sea levels have risen. The Earth has flooded. People are forced to live on the water and fish for nourishment. Society has collapsed, the International Government does very little and there is no jurisdiction on Earth. The Earth's surface is now 92% water and, compared to the 21st Century, it is barely recognisable. Book One: Ty is sixteen. Like many people his age, he lives on a boat with his family, fishing to survive. But Ty's life is about to change. Drastically. When a freak storm flips Ty's world upside down, he tries to pick up the pieces and settle down again. But the skies are not quite blue yet, as Ty is about to experience the real horrors a world without law can bring.
