Cat is only 17 years old, but one of the best spies in the world. She's known as fast and dangerous. Along with her twin brother, she did a lot for the American government and finally ended up at N.E.S.T where she worked for Optimus and Lennox. 
When her twin brother dies during a mission, she changed completely and suffers from depression and anxiety disorder. She gets injured during missions and isn't able to process her grief. She's pushing everyone aside and doesn't want anybody's help. 
When Mirage arrives on earth, he becomes her superior. Cat is clear she doesn't want and need his help, but she has no other option, this caused a lot of tension between the two spies. Car figures out something about her past that will change her life for good.
