Falling for the Bad Boy
"Are you ignoring us, cupcake?" My head whips towards him and I turn my body towards them.
"What did you just call me?" I ask as I shut my book.
"I didn't call you anything, cupcake." He smirks.
"Did you just call me cupcake?" I glare at him.
"Did I, cupcake?" He smirks again. Oh how I wish to wipe it off his face.
"Stop calling me that." I say, annoyed.
"No can do, cupcake."
"I'm not a cupcake!" I exclaim in annoyance.
"What's the difference? I can eat you both." He smirk.
"What the- ew!" I glare at him as the five of them laugh.
"Okay okay." He says as his laughter dies down. "Let's make a deal."
I nod in response.
"You play truth or dare with us, and if you tell the truth everytime and do all the dares you get, I'll stop calling you cupcake. Deal?"
I look from one of them to the other. Tyler was shaking his head while the others were smirking. And then, as if the ghost of my dead dumb bird possessed me, I answered.
17 year old Elisa Redwood has always been a witty girl and never once had a crush. She's stubborn. And she has a past she doesn't want to know about.
Enter Jasper King. Bad boy, playboy, flirty, cocky, heart breaker, a reason for being 'bad'. And the leader of the most powerful gang in the area with only one rival. Your typical everyday bad boy.
After playing a harmless game of truth or dare with the bad boys, Elisa's life is turned around. For some reason, she seems to be stuck with them. She's frustrated with the drama that comes with them. But, she slowly starts to fall for Jasper; their leader. And she falls hard.
But, what if it was just fake? What if he didn't mean anything he said? What if it was only to hurt his rival, Asher. That's a downfall for being a gang leader's sister. Or maybe it was something even deeper.
Peoples I know I suck at descriptions. But please give this book a chance!
