(This is an AU in which you, the reader, were supposed to be the ninja.)

Things were supposed to get better in high school, but for (name), things practically got even worse. She wasn't prepared to take on a whole new responsibility, as the Norrisville Ninja, nor did she want it. So, she did what she thought was best - made a compromise. 

In return for making the one exception of choosing a replacement ninja, (name) would have to become a masked crusader Norrisville hadn't seen in a LONG time. 

That agreement brought back the hero's hero. The saviour's saviour.
