Before The Accident
I don't remember what happened. One second I was dancing across the stage. The next second, it all went black. Everything was fuzzy at first. Then 20 operations later, it was all black. Gone.
Meet Kathryn Smith, aspiring dancer, all-around smart-ass, sarcastic, and just plain ordinary. She's not extremely gorgeous, or super smart, or Barbie thin.
She's average everything: average height (despite what her doctor says), average weight (again, despite what her doctor says), and just average family (despite what her family says).
She goes to an average high school (one that you can only find in movies or books, called Crystal View High), with average teachers (who are all fat pigs), that contains average students (who are all super cliquey), and it also has just average sports teams (despite all the state championship trophies).
Red-headed and super fiery, she's ready to take on what happens in her senior year. She thinks. You know what. It might just be an average school year. Might.
