You are born with ink in your blood. Only black ink runs through our veins. And the ink starts to form on your skin at a certain age. Usually at 7 the tattoos will form. They tell your future. But no one can interpret them. You learn what they mean when it happens. They tell your story, some tattoos form, others you have to get. Like whenever you make some type of promise, deal, contract of deal; you get a black straight line tattooed around your wrist or arm. When it's tattooed, it means it's official. The tattoos are different for everyone. Certain tattoos we all know what it means. An hourglass, pocket watch, watch, or a clock means you've been put on the Murder List. The Murder List is a ceremony that happens every 4 years on a Leap year. No Leap year, no Murder list. The Murder List is open for one day only. February 29th. Once you turn 16, you can attend the ceremony. This may seem like a horrible thing, but it isn't. People barely ever commit crimes of mistreat others, which usually keeps them off of the List.
