Born to Kill
"Remember, that nothing is ever what it seems."
After her mother and fathers deaths from heroin overdose two years ago, 17 year old, Dakota Night, finds herself heading towards the same dark fate. At first, it had only been one high for fun, and now it was on a around the clock high, seeing no reason for why she needed to watch how much she took, or why to live anymore. Constant highs with her friends, and sexual pleasures keep her from taking her own life, and she believes she is good for nothing.
On the day of one of her worst highs, someone by the name of Adrian Vaughn takes her from her abandoned building during the night against all her protests. He explains to her the next morning when she wakes up in an underground compound that she has a second chance at life in being an agent for a secret government facility, whom is recruiting teenagers with lives like her own--that are going nowhere in life.
The whole idea to Dakota sounds insane; not being able to keep contact with anyone she used to know, not being able to go outside unless they permitted her to, never being allowed to question anything, and most importantly that leaving the facility, stepping out of line, or giving out information resulted in immediate death.
Acceptance was the easy part to Dakota, seeing no reason to continue her life in constant drugs and meaningless sex, and now that shes's in, the real challenge has just begun. Because when there is locked doors, forbidden love, and secrets, nothing is ever what it seems.
Lust, betrayal, murder.
This is just the beginning of the sabotage.
