She was a hurricane, a walking disaster. They said don't get too close to this one. Said she could destroy you with a touch, a mere glance. I didn't believe them, turned a deaf ear to all their protests and warning.
I got too close. So close that I could feel the aftermaths of her chaos dancing on my skin. I could hear her song, hear her voice in the wind. I could see her twirling in between the sunflowers, smiling at me, urging me to come closer.
I took a step at a time. Until I reached her. And then I succumbed, I fell and fell and fell.
