Link being sent back in time didn't save Hyrule.
Ganondorf is still refusing to give up his attempts to take over Hyrule and Link is tasked with finding a powerful magician to stop Ganondorf's advances. However, they're too late, and darkness sweeps over the land once again.
Link and this magician must now save Hyrule and bring it back to the light by repeating what he had done before; cleanse all the sacred temples and put to rest the spirits of the six sages who guard them. Yet, Link can't help but feel that this magician is familiar to him; and, oddly alluring.
But does the legendary hero have time to stop and think on his feelings for this tempting magician?
Or will submitting to his feelings cause the land to be soaked in its hero's blood?

The Legend of Zelda: The Dark Agenda
Far in the future, Link and Ganondorf battle in broken world, a fusion of the 'child' and 'adult' timelines. Hyrule is ravaged and all inhabitants, even Ganon's minions, have abandoned their homes due to fear of Link and Ganon's conflict. A Demigod takes advantage of their weakened states and places power inhibitors on their necks, forcing Link and Ganon to work together. This is an old fanfic from 2014. Keep in mind that this is not written as a thoroughly as novel, so this story does not have detailed descriptions of environments or senses. This is written as a plot synopsis/script for a video game premise. I have written this plot in such a way that it can easily fit into the far future of any Zelda timeline. (I should mention that I do have a copyright on this plot, not all of the characters. Because the plot I have written can fit into any JRPG video game, I acquired a copyright by swapping out all of Zelda's characters, places and terms with other names. However, the Demigod (his personality and goals) is my creation as well (ergo, also under the copyright) since he is a character that is from one of my novels. I know that my plot would essentially be a Zelda rip-off as it is, so I would not sell it on that basis. Amnesia was a funny thing. It strips you of all memories, both good and bad. But what it didn't take away from Link was his caring heart. He wasn't a man who had time to deal with or worry about things like memories anyway. All he cared about was doing what was right. But just because Link had no memories, or any interest to reclaim them, didn't mean they wouldn't return to haunt him. Ever since Link woke up, strange things have been happening around the land. Horrific creatures, not quite monster and not quite human, begin appearing at night to terrorize the denizens of Hyrule. Link, not one to simply let such evils do as they please, decides to investigate into the matter as he travels across the land to find a way to destroy these creatures. It should've been just another job for him, just a problem the people needed solved, just another errand for the incarnation of Hylia's hero. But as he investigates, he is haunted by his past. Link's mind cannot remember what happened. But his heart did. He still feels what he lost, what he failed to protect, even after one hundred years. That's what draws something toward Link, the very same evil that created the creatures he faces. It follows and watches him from the shadows, taunting him, waiting for him to remember the past he's forgotten, waiting for the pain to resurface, waiting for the time he can no longer carry the weight of it all. As he journeys on his quest to defeat Ganon and save Princess Zelda, Link must learn to contend with another ancient evil that taints the land, all while facing the ghosts of his forgotten past. One day, Link saves a woman from the Yiga clan members, and that woman turns out to be Zelda. She tells him about where she has been for the past five years, and once Link finds out the truth, he dedicates his days to helping Zelda feel safe and happy again away from her selfish, rich father Rhoam and her forced fiance, Ganondorf.
