This reminds me of a cross between the Hunger Games and The Maze Runner

Intriguing, to say the least. Kind of like a Shirley Jackson dark undertone. Looking forward to the next section.

Interesting intro! I liked the hunger games feels and can see where this is going- the survival of the fittest and the unknown of what the actual experiments are make me want to keep reading! It's also impressive how quickly she comes to terms with the twist to her life- toughie.

The story is really interesting, and really original. Nowadays fictions are average and cliché, but yours is completely far from these, even if it reminds of some famous books, it's really not the same.

So far I am feeling a small resemblance to the hunger games but other then that it has an interesting concept! The pacing of the story is a nice change from stories that go to fast. I also liked how you added the dream it gives a sense of knowing what scares Cass.

I wonder if it's a coincidence that her father died on the same day. This is actually a very interesting concept for a book; I'm glad I get to read it.
