Jaylee DeLay is seemingly confused when she receives a anonymous bouquet of roses with a note saying 'I'm Sorry'. She is even more confused the next school day when she was called to the office and put in handcuffs as soon as she walked in the room. She later figures out she is being sent to a Juvenile Detention for 'breaking and entering and vandalism'. But she didn't do it. She can't explain how her fingerprints ended up on a hammer that broke the glass of the store or the spray cans with her fingerprints on them.. It's too late now, Jaylee was plead guilty to the crime despite her constant denial of ever setting foot in that store. With her own parents disowning her and even some of her so-called friends acting like they don't know her she is on her own. It's definitely not the senior year she expected, and will she even survive in a place where they're actual teenagers (14-19) that committed crimes such as the kind she was blamed for, assault, stealing, drug or alcohol abuse, and even murder? Looks like the theme of prom for Jaylee is a jumpsuit and handcuffed wrists and ankles.
