He understood that his family was a lot to take in, especially since her own family was a hot mess. Adam didn't know where to find Sadie, but he had to find her quick or else he was going to miss the wedding. Adam never pictured himself to be on a wild goose chase around Mission Creek the night of the wedding, but he also never pictured himself settling down with a girl -- or that a girl would ever be interested in him in the first place. By exploring his hometown, he was able to explore his emotions about Sadie and his family, knowing that his whole life revolved around them. In the end, Adam knew he had found his forever, and he couldn't wait to start living it.
