Silenced (Holocaust Fiction)
Life isn't exactly easy for thirteen year old Heidi Glöckner, unless you define easy by being in a Jewish family in invaded Poland. As the SS soldiers are constantly parading around the packed city of Kraków, Heidi learns that everything is a struggle. Daily life itself is a struggle. Hiding, running, and most of all, being silenced.
All characters and events in this story are fictional. However, the tragic events that occurred during the Holocaust are not. All settings are non-fiction. The deaths and murders at Nazi Concentration Camps once played a part in the world's history. Please respect my ideas and events throughout the story, as it will not be entirely peaceful. I am simply giving you a perspective of life during the Second World War.
Everyone is equal, and no one should be discriminated. Respect people for who they are. You cannot change people. They cannot change you. Treat others with kindness and care, no matter who they are.
Thank you, and enjoy.
