Nico di Angelo was never really included as a Son of Hades. For the first week or so, after the giant war, the campers included him and treated him nicely. But after that, they went back to avoiding and excluding. Usually, it didn't bother him that much. Will helped him, and so did Jason, Reyna and Hazel when he visited Camp Jupiter. But when Will died, and the gods started fighting between themselves again and blamed it on Hades, he lost it. He ran away from camp, planning on never coming back.
