A collection of several short stories that come to my mind. The contents of this book of tales include (but are not limited to): Character backstories, non-Mage story arc character appearances, utter ridiculousness, and perhaps even previews of works yet to come, as well as the occasional character interview. Another weird mystery/thriller. The mercurial Mary Browne settles into Salt Lake City for school, and gets into all sorts of trouble. Her dog gets shot at and then so does she. Then someone rips off The Feral Sluts, taking a van-load of gear from their practice studio. True crime enlivened by the usual endearing biographical bits and tatters.
