Snow fell softly from the night sky, quiet and gentle, as if the world itself were holding its breath. The hill where the twins lay was blanketed in white, their small footprints already fading beneath the steady snowfall. Their parents had gone out that evening to perform at the theatre, leaving the twins in the quiet care of the night. It wasn't unusual-Riku and Tenn often found themselves alone when their parents were away. The theatre was theirs, a small family dream built with endless hours of sweat and song. At only 5 years old, Riku was too young to understand why their parents worked so hard, too innocent to see the shadows od exhaustion on their faces when they returned home. Riku, at 5 years old, never questioned it. To him, his parents always smiling, always strong and the theatre was nothing more than a place where the mother and father could sing and dance. He didn't notice the careful way they hid their sighs, or how their smile stretched just a little too long. Protected from worry, Riku's world remained simple and bright. But Tenn noticed, thought the same age, he was sharper, more watchful. He caught the flicker of tiredness in their eyes, the soft way they looked at Riku at though he were the most fragile treasure in the world. Their struggles were hidden from Riku, not because they wanted to lie but because even the smallest stress could endanger his weak body. Yet no matter what weight they carried, one things was certain, their parents loved their precious twins more dearly than anything else. Every performance, every smile, every late night was for them-for Riku's fragile health, and for Tenn's steady future and even if Riku was too young to see it, Tenn understood.

This story was originally written only to be posted on the reddit community of r/TheWalkingDeadGame, but i enjoyed writing it and I had people telling me that it made them sad and depressed after the end of TFS, but it was a good read. So, I've decided to post it here to see if other people like it too! This short story is set AFTER 404, 'Take Us Back'. It was also originally written to be slightly different from the conversation Clem had with AJ in the barn in the final episode, but as I continued to write, I kept having ideas and it eventually became this! It's a story about Clem and the Fanbase, and how hard it is to let go of something, once you've had it for so long... THE STORY IS LITERALLY ONLY 2 PAGES LONG. It was originally only one but I've divided it up into 2 pages. I don't have any plans to continue this story but if I get enough feedback and support, I might continue it, focusing on both the Fanbase's and Clem's story after TFS... I mean obviously there isn't one, but I could write one!

Nanase Tenn, Riku's older twin, graduated from high school before Riku. He works busy schedules, meaning he could not spend a lot of time with Riku. Riku on the other hand, just graduated high school, and was scouted to be an idol. Seeing as he doesn't know his brother's occupation, he decided he would too not tell until Tenn does.

What if just mere weeks after Tenn left Riku and his family behind, something happened. Riku being sold off by his own parents to human traffickers. He was beaten and bruised, but he learned to fight to defend himself and the other children with him as well along the way getting over his weakened breathing. After being bumped around a lot from country to country for over two years he's freed by the infamous batfamily and taken in by Bruce Wayne (This is before Damian joins the family, but after Tim joins the family). After a lot of convincing Bruce let's him become apart of the family to help out people so no one else ever ends up like him. He took the mantle of Nightflare and helped Bruce, Dick, Jason, Tim, and Damian clean up Gotham and Bludhaven. But deciding to get back in touch with his Japanese roots he returns and is brought into the life of an idol after much further debate with Bruce on the condition that no one will find out he's a Wayne and a bat. But now some people have come to Japan and this may put a dent in the promise Riku made to Bruce. I own nothing all rights go to their proper owners.
