From there I knew I was going to be left behind still I do my best to stick around. Despite the young and reckless life they're living, I love them.

Phoenix Harper hasn't had a good life, with an absent mother and an abusive father, she quickly learns the only thing she can rely on is Music. In 1981, she flees to Los Angeles, where a new type of rock is forming. She finds Motley Crue, Glam metal Pioneers. She is thrown into a life she is not ready for, full of drugs, alcohol, and Rock n Roll. Everything changes when she meets Slash, a guitarist for a rival band: Guns N' Roses. Will they give in to their band's hatred, or will they learn to overcome their addictions to create a life together, a life worth living? Disclaimer: I don't own any of the characters besides Phoenix. This is based on the Motley Crue Movie/Book, The Dirt, and The Heroin Diaries, as well as other sources. I tried to keep everything as accurate as possible, but some of it is exaggerated or changed to better fit the plotline. I will let you guys know to any inaccuracies!

Hey peoples this story is not what you think it is it's about an old friend of Duff's from Seattle that just moved to LA to join the sunset strip music scene in the 80s but after she gets there , there singer and guitarist both fall in love with the girl while Duff takes himself from the dangers of LA not approving of axl it slash have fun reading!!!
