They don't know what became of their surrogate family, but they won't give up their search for the Owl House. Set in the future, a short story after the squad (Luz, Willow, Gus, Boscha and Skara) have defeated Belos and graduated Hexside. Luz is a teacher, Willow is the headmaster of Hexside, Gus is a sophomore at a human collage, Skara has opened her own bar (which holds weekly singing contests), Boscha is a professional Grudgby player and Amity has become the head of the Abomination Coven (while teaching at Hexside on the side).

In Gravesfield, Connecticut, a couple heard cries from a rundown old shack. They investigate to find a child caught in a snare, a peculiar four-year-old girl with pink skin, pointed ears and... three eyes?! Fortunately for the strange child, this particular couple would never turn away anyone in need. They take her into their home, where she meets their own kid, one Luz Noceda. With no memory of where she came from, no sign of her original family and the only clue to her identity being her given name, Boscha was adopted by Camila and Manny and has a new sister in Luz.
