A stranger she should be scared of, yet she somehow isn't... This story plays two years after the accident with Vander. So I will write a little bit about how he built up his cartel. (I know I'm doing the shapeshifter bit a lot,but hear me out.) Vi loved both of her siblings. Both were technical geniuses but her brother was also a boy who could shape shift. They were always getting in trouble, whether it be just them two or with echo. Sure sometimes they mess things up, but there kids. They just want to prove themselves to the older ones of the group. And they will. As long as they don't somehow find a way to burn down the city. - Von was different to say the least. The underground either despised his guts or tolerates his existence. Given what he is, it seems to him that it might be a valid characterzation. What happens when he loses everythinghe loves and is found by a man promising that he can be great if he embraces what he is.
