The government has produced remembering pills, given to the rich, while the normal citizens have to fight for them- kill for them just to remember their loved ones, even just for a day. Seongwha is a pill bringer for the rich, watching the rich restore their memories as they swallow the bloodstained pills. But then he gets a new customer, who doesn't wanna get his memory back.
