Time and time again, Metal Sonic suffered defeats at the hands of Sonic and his friends. He began to question an endless cycle he had forced to endure in the battle of good and evil. After a recent loss that ends up with him in space, Metal Sonic returns to Earth to question his desires and contemplates wanting to be free. He stumbled across a near death green haired boy in the forest, left to die by Bakugo and boy's sister. Learning each other's predicament and Metal seeing his chance through him, he used the Chaos Emerald to fuse with the boy, granting them a second chance in life but in the process, loses both of their memories. This is a start of a new life and adventure for Izuku and Metal Sonic.

An unknown event has caused multiple realities and timelines to merge. To maintain a measure of of stability, the inhabitants of this strange new existence have agreed to a very shaky form of peace. Meanwhile, certain powers that be set out to recruit the finest minds and combatants to their cause as the rest attempt to make their way in this strange new universe. I do not own the cover used, Star Wars, Halo, Metroid, or any of the other properties that may appear in this story, they all belong to their respective companies. Certain characters that appear are my own but I do not own the Universes they belong to. Credit to Spartan-L058 for letting me use a bit of their headcanon in this and to an old friend of mine for coming up with this idea with me years ago and continuing to be my second opinion and reference on things I don't know much about. Prequel to: A Tale of Two Rivals.

Okay. As far as I know, not a lot of people have done Ridley fanfics, and definitely not of this ship. I feel like it deserves more attention because of their history with Samus, as well as how with their powers combined, they could cause all heck to break loose in any galaxy! Also be warned, I don't know a lot about this franchise, so I might get a few things wrong here and there. As always, Ridley and Dark Samus, as well as other characters, are property of Nintendo. On the planet HY-114, Samus Aran discovers a temporal anomaly and the moon seeming coming out of orbit as if it was being pulled downward. Learning this planet's fate and the hostile aliens Hirachi are in the area, Samus gets a vision of Princess pleading with her to help aid Link in his quest to stop this cataclysmic event. And so Samus herself travels to Termina, and realzing she may just have to play Skull Kid's game his way if she intends to stop him. __________________ Author's Note: So a very talented artist known as Glitcher on Deviant Art, (https://www.deviantart.com/glitcher) Did a fan pic of a very scary image of what exactly happened to Romani on the alien ship being captured by "Them". It's very well drawn yet sad picture called "Close your eyes". It's heartbreaking & disturbing though not graphic enough to warrant a mature filter thankfully. And at because I'm a softy of not wanting to see a little girl get mind wiped by aliens, my mind started having the gears turn of a "What if" situation of what if the events of that picture happens but just before she's mind wiped, Suddenly laser blasts to firing, alarms going off, and when smoke clears, little Romani is rescued by a surprised Lady Knight in orange armor, Samus Aran! I needed a break from my missions after going back to Zebes (play metroid other m an you will get it) it was to hard see Pyonchi and well.....wanting to see Old Bird again....he is the one who took me in when I had problems on my own planet.....it doesn't matter all I need now is my varia suit and my zero suit.
