District 12 has changed since their lone surviving victor returned at the expense of 49 other children. People now realise surviving the games comes with a cost. Hazel Wren struggles to stay afloat as her mother's sickness worsens. She can't imagine life without her, but has been forced to step into her role as a seamstress to help keep her family, including her three little siblings, afloat. When the worst happens, Hazel is ripped from the arms of her family, without the promise of seeing them again. She's forced into an increasingly fake world alongside her fellow tribute Tommy Peetrie-the boy built like an ox-and the drunken yet charming Haymitch who sloppily mentors them towards their fates. When the odds aren't suddenly stacked against them, is there room for Hazel to hope? More importantly, will she remain loyal to Tommy, or will their alliance fall? And will Hazel pay the ultimate price?

Life for victors is still hard. Nobody wins the game; there are only survivors. She doesn't trust anyone and keeps her emotions in, but what will happen if something or someone changes the table. 18yr old Taehyung is also nominated for this year's during the reaping. Unlike Zendaya he lives in the wealthier district and has much skill in fighting and is familliar with almost every weapon. Due to the fact he is an orphan, and has no other way to devote his time. He is a cold ,ruthless human being. He does not trust anyone, even the ones who live within his district. Also he is not afraid to kill anyone to make it out alive . He has his reasons, but what if....... This year let the 80th Hunger Games begin. (note the actuall hunger games are going to be noted but im going to change the plot of it).
