*Set after the events of Breath of the Wild It has been two years since the fall of Ganon. Hyrule has been returned to its former glory. There is only one problem. Accoridng to tradition, Princess (Y/N) cannot be recognized as the next ruler of Hyrule until she has been married. A week of masquerade royal balls have been scheduled, and (Y/N) will have to choose a suitor. At the first dance, she meets a handsome stranger and falls in love. What she doesn't know is that her new lover is not who he appears to be. I'm sorry for the terrible description, but please enjoy. The history of the land of Hyrule is written in blood. The legends of old tell about the dark events that took place some hundred years ago. A man whose name no one is allowed to say aloud, in their lead, the military police hunted and murdered innocent people without hesitation. For years the Hylians amongst other races lived in constant fear. Over a century later, this evil starts to rise once more by reasons unknown and history repeats itself. As a normal castle town boy Link, witnessed the horrific murders of his parents and the destruction of his town, he swears he'll get his revenge. His plans are cut short however, when he is caught by the troops of this nameless evil. Link, cursed with being sent alive far, far away from their homeland doesn't expect nothing less than a living hell for the rest of his life. ~ All rights to Nintendo, The legend of Zelda series. Zelda and Link meet at school before a test. Link is severely sleep-deprived, and Zelda's friend is out sick. While usually an introvert, Link's tired brain seizes the opportunity to sit next to the girl he's noticed since school began. Completed, but not 'wrapped up' just a cute fluffy ending. (Rewritten due to the first attempt sucking) After the events of the great Calamity, all of Hyrule was devastated, none more than Link and Princess Zelda herself. It's up to them now to pick up the pieces and restore the Kingdom to its former glory. Though with their own personal trauma, it's a task that is easier said than done..
