    Set in 2144 over 120 years since civilisation fell to the apocalyptic Darwin Virus, a diseases capable of causing millennia of evolution to occur within the blink of the eye, one beacon stood tall amidst the tide of chaos, the Atlas Corporation. Constructing colossal walled cities known as Havens protected by concrete and a controlled environment to hold firm against the infected and the crazed alike. But this security comes at its own cost of control and exploitation, all but one Haven living in poverty and borderline tyranny as the militant hand of Atlas purge infected and remind the cities that they are Atlas' resource to be used and spent. This story is not one about a single hero destined to topple the tyranny of Atlas and best the now cruel and twisted outside world, but rather about those who lived during these times whether they be the dominating leaders of factions, changing history or the simple person trying to survive in the wilderness beyond the Havens, preparing to meet their inevitable fate and be forgotten like the rest.
