In an act of revenge, Ercole kidnaps Luca in order to catch a sea monster five days before the Portorosso Cup. A frantic Alberto searches for his best friend while trying to keep Luca's disappearance a secret from Massimo. Trigger warning: violence, slight gore, and some homophobia

Alberto had never minded the rain. ... After Luca goes away to school in Genova, Alberto finds himself alone without his best friend. Sea Glass takes place over four years and illustrates Alberto's adventures with and without Luca, along with his struggles with his identity, his father's abandonment, his sexuality and his new crush on Luca. ... Sea Glass will be split into four parts, with each part containing several chapters. Each part signifies a year and two bonus parts will be added at the end to show the two years where Alberto is 19 and 21 respectively. ... I do not own Luca. Luca is owned by Disney.

After two years apart Luca and Alberto reunite in Portorosso. There a new story between them again. There blossoming friendship changes into something different as they turn into something unexpected... Lovers.

After being in Genova for what felt like so long, Giulia and Luca were finally coming back to Portorosso for the summer. After what felt like ages, the underdogs will finally be reunited, and most importantly, Luca will finally be able to see his best friend Alberto again. Even with this in mind, Luca just feels weird. Is it his nerves? Is he just anxious? Whatever it is, Luca is feeling something he's never felt before. He just can't put his finger on it. Only time will tell.... A Luberto story.In the story Luca is 14 years old, Alberto is 16 years old and the story takes place in Portorosso (2 years after the year in the movie). Note: I recommend watching the Disney and Pixar animated movie "Luca" before reading this story. This is my first story I've written and it will usually run through chat as it is a Texting story style.(and sorry about my bad grammar and language :D) I hope you like it! Alberto is alone. By himself. And nobody understands him. At least, that's what he'd like to believe. But he discovers a sea monster his age... a girl sea monster, or "Merfolk" as she says. Soon he realizes something he has no choice in. Falling in love, which is hard and dangerous. Especially when it is with someone who's completely different. But love is love, and can be blind.
