Based from the events of 4x02 - after escorting Norman to Pineview, Alex has a strong urge to go back to check on Norma. So, once again, he is drawn back to the Bates house. With Norma now having to live alone and cope with the burden of her son being taken away from her, she finds unexpected comfort in the closed off stoic Sheriff that is Alex Romero. (a collaboration between @carbonellromero and @farmigabates on twitter. Each break between each character is defined with an "-" mark, which means both writers)

It's Christmas and sheriff Alex Romero is unsure what to get his new bride. Known for his stoic and unromantic nature, Alex turns to his longtime friend and deputy Ben Jeffcoat (the self proclaimed Love Doctor of White Pine Bay) for help in making this the most magical Christmas ever! After marrying Alex and taking Norman to Pineview, Norma had been having a hard time coping with all that has happened. Through countless efforts of trying to get in touch with her son, Norma finally had the opportunity to talk with him, but instead told her that he could never forgive her for making him stay at Pineview and he no longer had feelings for her. When she got home, she ran into Alex, who she only married for insurance. Everything was bringing her down, but there was one thing, one person that was holding her up, Alex Romero.

Hola people.. I know, I know I have an unfinished fanfic but Normero this season was so awesome that I don't know what to do with my story anymore.. I will come back with it soon in the mean time I have penned down a one-shot.. I hope you all enjoy it.. this particular scene from the episode The Vault is one of the best of Normero.. and I can't help weep every time I watch it.. I just wanted a more detail version of it.. as in for reading of course.. there was so much power in that 4-5 minute scene.. so much said.. so much expressed by both our acting gurus! yet there was so much unspoken.. I just wanted to give words to those unsaid emotions that oozed from Vera's and Nestor's expression. So here it goes.. the scene, the dialogue, everything remains the same.. it's only an elongated version of what I feel every time I watch this scene! happy reading :) Love Sabah.

Hey guys this story of bates motel is a fanfiction it's about the highs and lows of life.. Norma is hiding secrets top right centre ... Her biggest secret is her daughter Nora will Sam find out Norman isnt his real son will the real father step forward?

I felt like this storyline could have fit in to the show because of how unconventional their relationship has always been. I love the idea that this was the first night they ever spent together and it was the night before their wedding.

This is a different version of Bates Motel, starting with Norma right after she has married Sam Bates. The story is better than the description.

Norma had it rough. She did what she had to do. Although she believed it was the best route, it didn't make it any easier. A rewrite of "The Music of Bates Motel," themed entirely towards Norma.
