She feels a certain connection to the british, Second-In-Command, Newt, who can't deny he feels the same connection towards Brooke. Follow their story as they try and find their way out of the craziness the Maze brings and find each other along the way. Will they get out of the Maze? Will they get together? Or will everything end badly for the both of them?

Y/n was the very first girl to ever arrive at the glade. Her past memories gone, she rides up in a cold metal box to a place filled with greenery, boys, and danger. But after a few days in the glade one glader in particular becomes her best friend. But she notices something about him. She always thought of him as a friend but then wondered was he thought of her. To him is she more than just a friend? (I'm sorry that the chapters are short! I tried my best to make them long.) This story takes place before Thomas and Teresa and takes place after the time Newt jumped off the maze walls. As a warning to all there may be spoilers for both book and movies! (I do not own maze runner or the characters.)

This is told through your POV, so it's written as y/n to make your reading experience more realistic. You fall in love with Newt while your in the glade, throughout your time you end up together and rescue Minho from WICKED after he was taken from the Scorch. Sadly, Newt passes away and you find it hard to cope. But at the safe haven, you receive a letter addressed to you that was written by Newt. So you write letters back to him and keep them in a jar. ⚠️Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters, they are from the books/movies. The storyline is also based on the ending of the death cure movie and I changed and added some things to make you feel as though you're living in it. I recommend watching all the maze runner movies before reading this so it makes more sense. I hope you enjoy it though⚠️
