There are things in the world people don't understand, things widely believed impossible, just a myth. The truth is the answers are hidden, hidden by those who know the truth would cause uproar. Ethan White was a regular kid, until his life started to spin out of control. He shut himself in his room and barely talked to people. That is except for one person, his cousin, Jayden White. Although Ethan doesn't know it, he and Jayden come from a family of demon killers who work for a secret society. Ethan's dad ran away from that life, but he runs in. Jayden White has a gift, he can see the dead, and the dead just won't leave him alone, his parents are always away working, and they almost never see their son. It's a lonely life. Without going to school and just private tutors, Jayden feels the full effects of his life of isolation, he only has one friend, his cousin, Ethan White. Jayden lives in the United States, and Ethan lives in New Zaeland. They keep in touch through Skype mainly. Although their friendship is the strongest imaginable, they've never seen each other face to face. Soon their lives are brought together, and they have to learn to fight the creatures of the dark. Can they stand against the supernatural?

Hey y'all! This was my old book that I found and decided on revamping. What is Judo? Judo was originally created in 1882 by Jigoro Kano as a physical, mental, and moral pedagogy in Japan. It is generally categorized as a modern martial art, which later evolved into a combat and Olympic sport. To me, it's life and death, I grew up in it, and it saved my soul.

My boyfriend, with the help of security, climbed up the side of the cage and dangled over with a big smile. I pulled myself up and greeted him with a long kiss. I always worried that the sweat and blood might bother him, but it never did. He grabbed on to my damp hair and kissed me with all the passion he could muster into just a few moments. When our lips parted, he let me lower myself down with an adoring smile. "You did fantastic. Well done." "All for you." I told him, placing my gloved hand over my heart. "Every second is for you."

The tension that girded my shoulders like a cloak fell away, my lips tugging upward in an easy smirk. It was electrifying, I could feel the heat of the arena beneath my feet yet at the same time, I felt strangely detached. I allowed myself to revel in the moment, tentatively holding onto it as though it were a fragile bird ready to fly away at the drop of a pin. My opponent stood at the far end, clothed in leather garments such as I had, only she wore a pauldron of burnished bronze, intricate designs too small for me to see carved upon its surface. There were no weapons between us, and I was thankful for that. I knew that would come later, however.
