Princess Starglow had always gotten mixed feelings about being called a princess, or having to wear all of the pretty dresses that her parents picked out for her. Becoming friends with a shy artist Pi'illo named Wishgiver, and forming stronger bonds with her runt bat friend named Antamii, Starglow had taken a liking to hiding out in the Somnom Woods. It's only there where the royal highness realises what the problem is with her royal identity. When Prince Dreambert is invited to a new kingdom named Pythyria in search of an alliance, things get chaotic quickly when an unexpected guest joins in: Bedsmith. As the two Pi'illos learn to tolerate each other and possibly form a stronger bond together, they discover a nasty plot targeting the new kingdom... and possibly the entire world. Yet with odd things happening over the course of their journey, the group of heroes start to realize something is wrong... Something else is happening, they just don't know what.
